Lets Begin With My Tutorial
Open PSP and your Tube
Open a New 800 x 800 Resolution 200
Add The Following Drop Shadow Unless Stated:-
V&H: 1, OP: 50, Blur: 10 Color: Black
Repeat With V&H: -1
Open & Copy Frame (1)
Paste As New Layer & Resize By 60%
Move To Center Of Canvas
Open & Copy Paper (5)
Paste As New Rastor Layer & Resize By 60%
Move To Inside Frame
Layers - Arrange - Move Down
Activate Frame Layer & Magic Wand Tool
Click Inside Frame
Selections - Modify - Expand By 12 - Invent
Select Paper Layer & Hit Delete On Your Keyboard
Selections - None
Plug Ins: Greg's Factory Output Vol.II - Pool Shadow
Diagonal: 50
Center: 50
Horizontal: 50
Diagonal: 50
Horizontal: 50
Vertical: 50
Intensity: 128
Lightness: 128
Click Ok
Open & Copy Frame (2)
Paste As New Rastor Layer & Resize By 80%
Move To Middle Of Frame (1)
Open & Copy Paper (4)
Layers - Arrange - Move Down
Activate Frame Layer & Magic Wand Tool
Click Inside Frame
Selections - Modify - Expand By 12 - Invent
Select Paper Layer & Hit Delete On Your Keyboard
Selections - None
Repeat Plug In As Used Above
Activate Tube & Copy
Paste As New Rastor Layer & Resize By 85%
Move To Center Of Top Frame
Open & Copy The Following Elements:-
79 - Resize By 85%
Layers - Arrange - Send To Bottom
74 - Resize By 70%
Layers - Duplicate - Mirror
94 - Resize By 75%
7 - Resize By 60%
Layers - Duplicate - Mirror
62 - Resize By 30%
5 - Resize By 30%, Free Rotate Left By 22 Degrees
63 - Resize By 60%
Layers - Duplicate - Mirror
49 - Resize By 50%
31 - Resize By 30%
47 - Resize By 50%
69 - Resize By 30% - Mirror
3 - Resize By 25%
75 - Resize By 60%
Layers - Duplicate - Mirror
Activate Top Layer
9 - Resize By 50%
34 - Resize By 25%
Layers - Duplicate - Mirror
2 - Resize by 25%
1 - Resize By 25%
4 - Resize By 50%
29 - Resize By 30% - Mirror
27 - Resize By 50% - NO DS NEEDED

Color: White
Glow Width: 3.00
Soft Corners: 25
Overall Op: 100
Draw Only Outside Selection Checked
Click Ok
20 - Resize By 50%
Layers - Duplicate - Mirror
Layers - Duplicate
Layers - Arrange - Send To Bottom
33 - Resize By 20%
81 - Resize By 20%
Layers - Duplicate - Mirror
Activate Top Layer
Layers New Raster Layer - Add All Copyright Info or Credits
Layers New Raster Layer - Add Watermark
Select Font Buffed, Size 72 Stroke 2 and Bold
Foreground Color - Black
Background Color - #400000
Type Your Name
Place on Tag where Desired
Convert Layer to Raster
Plug Ins: Eyecandy 4000 - Gradient Glow
Color: White
Glow Width: 3.00
Soft Corners: 25
Overall Op: 100
Draw Only Outside Selection Checked
Click Ok
Save as Png and Name Your Tag
