Open PSP and Your Tube

Open a New 700 x 700 Resolution 200

Use The Following Drop Shadow UNLESS STATED:-

V&H: 1 OP: 80 Blur: 10 Color: Black

Repeat With V&H -1

Open & Copy Element 80

Paste As New Rastor Layer & Resize By 85%

Activate Tube & Freehand Selection Tool

Draw Round The Head Of Tube & Copy As Merged

Paste As New Raster Layer

Layers - Arrange - Move Down

Move To Inside & Left Handside Of Frame

Layers - Duplicate - Mirror

Move To Top Right Handside Of Frame

Activate Tube & Copy

Paste As New Layer & Resize By 40%

Move To Center Of Frame

Activate Close up Of Tube Layer & Erase The Parts Over Lapping

The Tube On Left HandSide Of Frame

Layers - Merge - Merge Down

Open & Copy Paper 6

Layers - Arrange - Move Down & Resize By 60%

Activate Frame Layer & Magic Wand Tool

Click Inside Frame

Selections - Modify - Expand By 20, Invent

Activate Tube Layer Inside The Frame

Hit Delete On Your Keyboard

KEEP SELECTED

Repeat For Paper Layer

Selections - None

Plug In: Xero - Radiance

Strangeness: 26

Charm: 35

Truth: 205

Beauty: 255

Click Ok

Layers - Properties - Blend Mode: Luminace (Legacy)

Adjust - Soften - Soften More

Activate Frame Layer

Copy & Paste The Following Elements:-

25 - Resize By 30%

36 - Resize By 30%, Free Rotate Right By 22 Degrees

30 - Resize By 40%

Layers - Duplicate - Mirror

26 - Resize By 30%

Layers - Duplicate - Mirror

35 - Resize By 50, Free Rotate Right By 90 Degrees

Layers - Duplicate - Mirror

39 - Resize By 20%, Free Rotate Left By 22 Degrees

40 - Resize By 20%, Free Rotate Right By 22 Degrees

76 - Resize By 30% - Mirror

74 - Resize By 30% - Mirror

3 - Resize By 20%

28 - Resize By 85%

Layers - Duplicate - Mirror

78 - Resize By 35%

Layers - Arrange - Send To Bottom

Layers - Duplicate - Mirror

42 - Resize By 65%

8 - Resize By 75%

Open Paper 18

Layers - Promote Background Layer To Raster - New Mask Layer From Image

Select Mask - Creative Misfits Creations - Splatter Mask By Sue

Make sure Source Luminance is checked only

Copy Merged and Paste as new layer

Layers - Arrange - Send To Bottom

Resize By 90%

Activate Your Top Layer

Layers New Raster Layer - Add All Copyright Info

Layers New Raster Layer - Add Watermark

Layers New Raster Layer

Select Your Text Tool

Select Your Font I have used Ribbon Of Hope (resize To Preferred)

Size 72 - Stroke 2 - Bold

Click Foreground and change to #efc8cf

Click Background and Change to #4a3429

Type Your Name

Objects - Align - Horiz. Center In Canvas

Convert Raster To Layer

Plug Ins: Eyecandy 4000 - Gradient Glow

Color: White

Glow Width: 5.00

Soft Corners: 25

Overall Op: 100

Draw Only Outside Selection Checked

Click Ok

Adjust - Sharpen - Sharpen More

All Done
