Open a New 700 x 700 Resolution 200

Using The Following Drop Shadow UNLESS STATED:-

V&H: 1 OP: 50 Blur: 10 Color: Black

Repeat With V&H: -1

Open & Copy The Following Elements:-

Shroom House 2 - Resize By 50%

Move To Center Of The Canvas

Tree - Resize By 50% - NO DS NEEDED

Move To Right Side Of Canvas

Layers - Arrange - Move Down

Fantasy Castle - Resize By 35%

Move To Left Side Of Canvas

Layers - Arrange - Send To Bottom

Bridge - Resize By 97%

Move To Behind Shroom House

Pond - Resize By 50%

Move Right Of Shroom House

Sparkle Ground - Resize By 75% - NO DS NEEDED

Move To Part Under Shroom House & Pond

Layers - Arrange - Send To Bottom

Layers - Duplicate - Mirror

Move To Under Shroom House & Bridge

Fairy Lamp - Resize By 75%

Move To Left Side Of Bridge

Activate Top Layer

Unicorn - Resize By 30% - Mirror

Move To Right Side Of Pond

Activate Tube & Copy

Paste As New Layer & Resize By 50%

Place On Top Of Shroom House

Fairy Cat - Resize By 20%

Move To Left Of Shroom House

Fairy Sparkle - Resize By 90% - Mirror - NO DS NEEDED

Move so Butterfly Part is Next To Fantasy Castle

Butterflys - Resize By 75% - Adjust - Sharpen - Sharpen More

Move To Just Above Tube's Head

Rainbow - Resize By 75%

Layers - Arrange - Send To Bottom

Move Behind Tree

Open Paper 5

Layers - Promote Background Layer To Raster - New Mask Layer From Image

Select Mask - HorsePlay's Pasture Mask 20

Make sure Source Luminance is checked only

Copy Merged and Paste as new layer

Layers - Arrange - Send To Bottom

Resize By 85%

Activate Top Layer

Layers New Raster Layer - Add All Copyright Info

Layers New Raster Layer - Add Watermark

Layers New Raster Layer

Select Your Text Tool

Select Your Font I have used

FairyDustB - Size 48 (resize To Preferred) - Stroke 2 - Bold

Click Foreground and change to #9888b5

Click Background and Change to #41abf9

Type Your Name

Convert Raster To Layer

Plug Ins: Eyecandy 4000 - Gradient Glow

Color: #ccefef

Glow Width: 10.00

Soft Corners: 25

Overall Op: 100

Draw Only Outside Selection Checked

Click Ok
